Leave the Doors Open

When frustration hits over a mediation falling short of resolution, or the difficulty of even getting to the table, take heart. Time is at work!

Minds may take a while to meet over the decision to mediate, itself. Settlements can and do happen post session.  Either way you benefit since decisions made after contemplation tend to engender greater commitment.

Keep this in mind and leave the doors open.
